What shipping methods are available?
For India, logisticsĀ handled done by partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, EcomExpress, etc.
For North America (USA & Canada) logistics is done via Fedex, UPS, DHL, Aramex, etc.
How long will it take to get my package?
Processing time for most products is within 5-10 days, post which delivery within India is normally completedĀ in another 2-4 days, and delivery in USA & Canada is done in another 5-7 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are delivering to customers in India, USA & Canada.
If you would like to place an order and don't see your country here, please send us an email to care@cyahi.com and we will be happy to assist you with your order.
What is the cost of delivery?
India: We offer free shipping.
North America (USA & Canada): We offer standard shipping at $25 USD or $35 CAD with slight variations based on daily exchange rates.

How do I request a return or exchange?
- In the case of apparelsĀ that are unworn and intact with all tags and labels, we offer exchanges as well as store credits. If the product doesn't fit you, please raise an exchange request by emailing us at care@cyahi.com with your order ID and images of the product.
- Only exchanges and store credits are processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and doĀ not account for the amount of store credit.
- ProductsĀ on discount or orders with promo code or seasonal discount applied are non-returnable.
- Products on stock clearance sale may have minor defects and are non-returnable.
What is the refund policy?
We provide store credits for any approved return or exchange request. Please read item descriptions carefully. All product features, sizing details are mentioned on the item page. Due to differently calibrated screens, colors may vary from the actual product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Exchanges, if approved, will be processed only once.
For all orders, an online store credit or an exchange is provided. Shipping charges and Government taxes are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Permitting the availability of inventory, exchanges can be processed up to 15 days from the date of purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please reach out to us at care@cyahi.com with your order ID so we can assist you further. The returned product should be unused, and in its original packaging and condition. Products purchased during a sale, or using a promo code are not eligible for returns.
In case of cancellation, once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund. If cancellation is done before dispatch, the refund will be in your original method of payment, in case of cancellation after dispatch, it will be in the form of Store Credits, which can be used for any of your subsequent purchases with us at any convenient time. We offer cancellation of orders once payment is made for them (within 12 hrs) by asking customers to get in touch with our Customer Care Team at care@cyahi.com. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation for us to process your cancellation request faster.
